14th July 2008 For Immediate Release ********** PRESS RELEASE ************ Chanelle Launches Medetor, Medesedan & Revertor Chanelle ProVet and Chanelle Vet UK have just launched Medetor® (1mg/ml medetomidine), an analgesic, sedative and preanaesthetic for cats and dogs to the veterinary market in Ireland and the UK. They have also launched Medesedan® (10 mg/ml detomidine) which unlike other similar products on the market it is indicated for use on both horses and cattle. To complete this range Chanelle will also be launching Revertor® (5 mg/ml atipamezole) at the end of August. Revertor® is an alpha2-antagonist and is used in the reversal of the sedative effects of medetomidine (Medetor®) in dogs.
